A natural flavor modified used to remove the
inherent characteristic, unpleasant taste, flavor and odor of
protein- and herbal-based foods and beverages, as well as the inherent,
characteristic, unpleasant taste, flavor and odor of certain amino acids
and minerals.
This natural flavor modifier is also used to neutralize the characteristic taste, flavor of potassium chloride, significantly decreasing, or eliminating, the alkaline, bitter, or otherwise unpleasant sensory impact.. |
