Prime Favorites is a group of technical professionals committed to developing premium quality products for the food industry.

Our educational background encompasses the fields of Food Science, Lipid and Enzyme Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition and Marketing. We have significant work experience with food companies such as Nabisco, McCormick, Bestfoods, Warner-Lambert and Beatrice. This combination of knowledge and expertise provides our clients with a unique resource for addressing product and process challenges.

As the Principal of Prime Favorites, I enjoy coordinating the projects and working with my fellow consultants. My business experiences are in developing strategic plans and subsequent new product platforms. These new products are health-directed foods, requiring new food ingredients and new processes. As president of a food company in Belgium, I initiated and directed the production, quality assurance and wholesale distribution of specialty foods such as dipping sauces, pancake wraps, bean sprouts, soy tart, soy yogurt, aseptic milk, ice cream, cheese, and yogurt.
My colleagues and I have spent years in delivering delicious food products for the marketplace and we are still very passionate about it.

Prime Favorites has developed a commercial-quality Potassium Chloride salt blend featuring its proprietary NeutralFres® formulation. This finished product has been formulated to be poured, shaken or measured in food preparation, as well as to be served as a sodium-free table salt. This represents a significant advance in the elimination, or substantial reduction, of sodium in prepared and packaged foods, soups, sauces and gravies, as well as cooking and table usage.
